Allegiant Property Management has a contract with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority to manage the Housing Choice Voucher Program in sixteen counties. See map for specific counties. In addition, we are contracted with the Dodgeville Housing Authority to manage the HCV program for Iowa County, City of West Bend Housing Authority for their HCV Program and the Marshfield Community Development Authority for their HCV Program. If you are interested in obtaining a voucher in any of these areas, download the application below. Completed and accepted applications will be added to the waiting list for that specific area.
