 Allegiant Property Management, LLC is

a full-service property management team specializing in asset and property management services. APM has a wide variety of clients; non­ profit owners of low-income housing, housing authorities, commercial real estate private owners, Homeowners Associations, and private owners of market-rate housing. APM manages over 40 different properties in four states. We provide our clients with many services including Accounting, Maintenance, Management, and Housing Choice Voucher Programs in various counties in Wisconsin. Maintenance includes day-to-day scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and emergency on-call responses.
